Badges
Exhibitor badges have been sent as of Friday 11 July, if you do not receive these by mail please come and visit us at Customer Service Centre when you arrive onsite during move in. For badge changes or additional badges required, please visit us during move in so that we can make these available for pick up before the exhibition commences.
Plastic Holders will also be available at Customer Service Centre.

OH&S
High Visibility Clothing - You MUST wear High Visibility Clothing ( HVC ) during the move in and move period of the exhibition. It is advisable that Exhibitors bring their own High Visibility Clothing for all staff who will be onsite during these periods. Limited numbers of HVC will be available on site at a cost of $5.00 per Vest from the Customer Service located near registration.

Deliveries
If you have deliveries being made by a freight company other than Agility Fairs and Events you must book a move in and move out time with Agility Fairs & Events to ensure you can get access to the loading dock at the venue. Contact Agility Fairs & Events on 02 8755 8899 or email expohelp@agilitylogistics.com

Exhibitor Parking
The Exhibitor Carpark can be entered via Shakespeare Street. During show days you will need two forms of ID to gain entry, your Exhibitor Badge and Exhibitor Carpark Pass collected from the Customer Service Centre duing move-in. If the Exhibitor Carpark becomes full, an Overflow Carpark is located further along Shakespeare Street on the otherside of Nebo Road.

QME Exhibitor Social Function
The Exhibitor Social Function will be held in the 500 Pavilion on Tuesday 22nd July after show closure.
Tickets are limited and will distributed from the Customer Service Centre. Exhibiting companies will be allocated tickets based on stand sizes. If you do not require your tickets please return them to the Customer Service Centre so they may be reallocated.
Food and drinks will be provided by Reed Exhibitions between 6.15pm and 8.30pm.
